Agreement and Terms of Use — Dating App

This Agreement governs the relationship between the administration of the information resource «Dating App» (the "Service") and any individual who accesses, seeks, or disseminates information on this resource.

The information resource «Dating App» is not a mass media outlet. The Administration does not edit user-posted information and is not responsible for the content submitted by users.

A user who posts information on «Dating App» is solely responsible for that content and must independently represent and defend their interests in relations with third parties arising from the placement of such information.

Privacy Policy

Dating App is a mobile and online social networking service. Members can update their profile information at any time and control how the service communicates with them.

  1. Information We Collect

    Dating App collects user-submitted information such as name and email address to authenticate users and send service notifications. We may also collect profile data including, but not limited to, personal interests, gender, age, education, and occupation to help users find and communicate with one another.

    We may collect non-personally-identifiable information such as IP address, aggregated usage data, and browser type to operate and improve the Service. This data may be shared with third parties to provide improved services and advertisements. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

    Member-submitted profile information, including pictures, may be displayed to facilitate community interaction. Email addresses are used for invitations and service notifications; except for invitations and notifications, a user's email address is not exposed to other members. Full names are not directly revealed to other members. To facilitate discovery, Dating App may allow searching by age, gender, first and last name (as permitted by the user), and location.

    We may use email addresses to send updates or newsletters. Users may opt out by changing notification settings in their profile.

    Occasionally, Dating App or a partner may sponsor promotions, sweepstakes, or contests. Participation may require personal information. At collection, it will be clear which party collects the information and which privacy statement applies.

  2. Invitations and Communications to Non-members

    Members can invite friends to join the Service via invitation emails. We do not sell these addresses or use them for other communications. Recipients may request removal of their information from our database by contacting us.

  3. Chat Rooms and Public Posts

    Any information you post publicly can be accessed by others and may be used to send you unsolicited communications. Exercise caution when sharing public information.

  4. Photos and Videos

    Any photo or video you voluntarily post publicly may be accessed and reused by others. Do not post images you do not want to become public.

  5. Email Choice / Opt-out

    Members who do not wish to receive updates or notifications may disable them in their profile settings. All emails from Dating App include instructions for opting out.

  6. Correcting, Updating or Removing Information

    Users can modify or remove their personal information by logging into their account and editing their profile. We may also remove content that violates our Terms of Service.

  7. Third-party Advertising

    We allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information (such as clickstream data and browser type). These companies may use cookies or web beacons to collect information and may use it to serve targeted ads.

  8. Security

    Member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect user information in our database and restrict access to employees who need it to perform their job functions. However, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of member data.

  9. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

    Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose personal information to third parties unless we believe disclosure is necessary to: (1) comply with legal process (e.g., subpoena or court order); (2) enforce our Terms of Service or protect our rights; or (3) protect the safety of the public or users of the Service. We may transfer personal information to a successor if the Service is sold or merged.
